Students of the Month
Period 1 - Carson L.
Carson never makes excuses. He models what an Edison student athlete should always be-- diligent, prepared and respectful. While Carson brings a high level of intellect and academic skill to the table, he also brings humility and patience. He treats his teachers and peers with great respect. Thanks, Carson!
Period 2- Hannah A.
Hannah adds a subtle level of argument and inquisition to classroom discussion. Her confidence and determination make her a valuable asset to both discussion and group projects. Hannah's sense of humor and "outside of the box"-thinking challenge us to think beyond the literal level. Great job, Hannah!
Period 3- Kaylin L.
Among the semi-organized chaos and over-energetic jeers of the crowd, Kaylin manages to stay consistent and thorough with her efforts on all tasks both in class and out of class. Her sweet smile and persistent focus prove that learning does occur among the rambunctiousness of the classroom.Keep it up, Kaylin!
Period 4- Zach I.
Subtlety and patience lead Zach to success. He never assumes he knows it all and he always takes responsibility for his mistakes or shortcomings. Zach proves to have both strong academic ability in the classroom and remarkable compassion for his peers. He offers real insight and authentic ideas. Go, Zach!
